Polaris opens office in Bedford, MA

Polaris announced today the opening of its Bedford, Massachusetts office to increase
its reach in the North American and international markets. The Bedford office will be
the headquarters of Polaris's Sales and Marketing operations. It will also provide
Customer Support services to Polaris customers based in North America. Working in
conjunction with the Polaris R&D centre in Kolkata, India, this new office will enable
Polaris to communicate more effectively with its customers.
"The Bedford office will help us forge strong relationships with our customers," said
Vinay Gupta, Polaris General Manager. "These relationships are important not only for
marketing our products but also for improving the quality of our products through beta
testing at customer sites in this region."
Added Bud Biswas, Polaris President: "The Bedford office will give our professional services
customers in this region added confidence in outsourcing some of their development work to
Kolkata. While the R&D work is executed in India, we can maintain a close contact with our
customers to ensure that the projects get completed on schedule and to the customers' satisfaction." |
