Designation: Technical Writer
Responsibilities:
Creating technical documents (user guides, programmer guides, product datasheets) for software/networking products.
Required Skills and Experience: Good English writing skills. Good English speaking skills are not sufficient but would be considered a plus. Experience in creating technical documents (user guides, programmer guides, product datasheets) for software/networking products. 2-3 years of experience is enough.
Other Skills:
Experience in using Microsoft Office/StarOffice/OpenOffice. Experience with Adobe FrameMaker would be a plus. Experience in creating product demo videos would be considered a plus.
All candidates should come prepared with samples of technical documents that they have created mostly on their own (their contribution should be more than 75%).
